Solihull’s Switch ’n’ Save scheme returns
As some utility companies announce increases in gas and electricity prices Solihull Council’s Switch ‘n’ Save scheme is back to help residents find a better deal on their energy bills.

Using collective bargaining power, residents can secure better prices from energy providers, and last year households that took part in the scheme saved an average of £277.

The scheme takes the hassle out of searching for a cheaper gas and electricity provider.

Registering your interest is simple; just get online anytime from now until 25th June to find a cheaper deal. There is no obligation to switch and your details are not shared with any utility company.

The scheme is not restricted to Solihull residents, the more people that register the better.

Councillor Tony Dicicco, Cabinet Member for Stronger Communities and Partnerships, said: “The Switch ‘n’ Save scheme has saved a lot of money for residents, so I am delighted it has returned. It provides a straight forward method for people looking to save money and I’d encourage people to take part as the more that do, the more can benefit.”

“Take the opportunity to try and make your money go further, there is nothing to lose.”
