Energy Advice & Support
We can explain how to best use your heating system, how to best use your appliances and make fuel savings. We also provide information on energy tariffs and energy switching where appropriate.
We are a team of highly qualified energy advisors, community outreach officers, debt advice specialists, and volunteer leads who aim to bring our offer as close as possible to the communities right across the seven Combined Authority areas we serve.
Our key objective is to enable vulnerable energy customers to become more confident and independent.
In doing so, we expect rates of fuel poverty to fall amongst those customers we work with, whilst also promoting positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
